What this is and why
Our adopted registry of design anti-patterns, each attributed to the primary source it was read from and each marked enforced or advisory. Enforced rules are checked by scripts/design-gate.mjs in the site repository; advisory rules require a written reason when broken. Rules that conflict with an existing Talomnia constraint are recorded as not adopted, with the constraint that wins.
