Arcanada Ecosystem

Talomnia is not built in a vacuum: it is the commercial layer on top of a working engineering ecosystem. Here is an honest map of what already exists, what is being built, and what is not yet proven.

What stands on what

Four layers, top to bottom. At the top, the thing you can order. Below it, the rules that make an executor trustworthy for a task. Below that, what actually performs the work and records it. At the base, the servers and services all of it runs on. The diagram shows the order only; every fact about the layers is repeated in the text and the table.

  1. Talomnia

    Productnot yet proven

The commercial product layer: professional work without hiring.

This is the thing you can order. Commercially it is not yet proven: there are no external paid cases yet, and we say so outright.

  2. Knowledge Contract Architecture

    Researchresearch

The scientific-engineering foundation of executor-knowledge governance.

It answers why an executor can be trusted with a task at all: what it must know, what it may do, what it must not do, and how success is defined. Published and applied here — but research, not an industry standard.

  3. Datarim

    Technologyexists

The governed agentic-execution framework: task pipeline, quality gates, accounting.

This is what performs the work and leaves the trail: steps, roles, checks, time and cost. Every execution record on this site was produced by it.

  4. Arcanada

    Infrastructurebuilding

The engineering ecosystem: services, infrastructure, the agent fleet.

The environment all of this lives in: servers, services, the agent fleet. It is never a separate order and a client never sees it.

Product, technology, research — which is which

The layers differ not only in maturity but in kind. They are different things, and blurring them would be dishonest: one can be bought, one is how the work is executed, one we are still proving.

Product
What you can order as work and receive together with the evidence of how it was produced. There is exactly one such layer here — Talomnia.
Research
What we are still proving. The approach is published and applied to our own tasks, but it holds no status as a validated industry standard, and we do not present it as one.
Technology
How the work is executed and checked. It is not bought separately — its result is visible in every published execution record.
Infrastructure
The servers, services and agent fleet all of this runs on. A client never orders it and never sees it; without it nothing runs.

Position

Talomnia is commercial priority number one. Other ecosystem directions are paused; Datarim and the Knowledge Contract Architecture continue to evolve as the foundation.
