What this is and why
The caretaker of institutional memory. Every requirements document, plan, reflection, and archive record tells part of the project's story; this role keeps that story findable, connected, and coherent. It files and names documents, maintains the index and bidirectional cross-references, and health-checks the corpus for contradictions, orphans, broken links, and duplicates. It changes structure and metadata only: contradictions are flagged for a human, never silently resolved, and nothing is deleted without approval.
