What this is and why
Acceptance checklist for the Talomnia design system, serving two consumers: the lane that builds the system and the lane that builds the site from it. System rows verify that design research preceded design, that all six required parts exist as typed knowledge entities projectable into the Capability Atlas, that token contrast is machine-checked, and that honesty components are structural. Implementation rows verify theme persistence without a wrong-theme flash, RU/EN parity, mobile rendering, and database-driven pages proven by mutation.
Where it was applied and what it helped deliver
