TALOMNIA

Professional work — without hiring.

Professional Capability Infrastructure

PITCH DECK · version 0.1 · August 2026 · talomnia.com

How to read this deck

Every figure is taken from material already published on this site: the White Paper and two research documents. Where the research declines to produce a number, the slot is left open and the reason is stated.

Talomnia has no commercial cases. A deck that filled its traction slide anyway would be the first thing to disbelieve.

The problem

Behind every bridge, software product and legal decision stands the knowledge of people. Much of it exists in a form that is hard to reuse: in the experience of specialists, internal documents, professional habits. A company spends years developing an effective process, and outside its walls that experience is unavailable.

The problem is not only preserving that knowledge. It is turning it into the ability to perform work.

Why now

Three published observations, each from a named third party rather than from us:

  • Microsoft 2025: 82% of surveyed leaders say they are confident they will use digital labor to expand workforce capacity within 12–18 months.
  • Upwork 2025: 81% of C-level executives are moving toward skills-based hiring.
  • World Economic Forum: about 39% of workers' skill sets will be outdated by 2030.

This is the direction of demand — not evidence that Talomnia captures it.

What Talomnia is

Professional experience can be captured, structured, verified and passed on. The origin of that knowledge stays human, while different executors can apply it: specialists, AI agents, software systems. What must not be lost is where a capability came from and what evidence exists that it works.

Talomnia Workforce is the first product: a company gets the professional work it needs, when it needs it — from single tasks to the work of whole teams — without hiring a new employee for each one.

Market

$0.44–0.49 trillion — US, demand side. This is the right denominator for Talomnia: two independent instruments converge within 12%.

The supply-side figure is three times larger, but includes government purchases, households and exports that Talomnia cannot sell into. We take the smaller number.

No global TAM is built, and SAM and SOM are not computed: the evidentiary basis does not exist, and we did not invent it.

What is demonstrated

A governed execution pipeline with a machine-checked evidence trail and gates that actually refuse. This site is its own first case: the launch ran through the system and its full trace is public — including the work that failed validation and the rework.

Live counts of capabilities, workflows and accounted execution units are on the Investor Room, from the same projection that renders the evidence pages.

What is not demonstrated

Stated at the same depth as the section above: this is the part that decides the investment.

  • Zero commercial validation. No cases; all own-economics data is pre-commercial self-measurement.
  • Reuse economics is not demonstrated. The create-to-reuse ratio moves from 1.66x to 0.73x purely with the choice of population.
  • Gross margin is not computable. Of 664 execution records, 582 state human review time as zero, 74 record it honestly as unmeasured, and only 8 carry a measured value ($162.49 in total). Those 88% zeros are not the observation "no human took part" — they are an absent measurement written as a number. The margin therefore cannot be calculated, rather than being calculated and found thin.
  • Defensibility is mostly not in our favour: 2 Current, 3 Emerging, 3 Hypothesis, 8 Not demonstrated.

Venture context

Appetite for this category is demonstrated but extremely concentrated: OpenAI and Anthropic together took 43% of H1 2026 funding. Comparable public multiples are falling.

Evidence Gates

An Evidence Gate is the condition for moving to the next stage: proof, not a date arriving.

  • Publication of talomnia.com with the full public execution trace of the launch.
  • EG-1 — the first external paid Talomnia Workforce case.
  • EG-2 — repeatability: a series of paid cases with positive acceptance and a measured gross margin.

The ask

A pre-seed of roughly $500K–$1M is a working hypothesis considered after initial commercial validation. It is not an announced round and not a committed amount.

The research deliberately does not estimate a capital requirement: no figure can be justified without a measured sales cycle. The recommended stage is a pre-seed sized to reach EG-1 and EG-2 only.

Reasons not to invest

Listed because the research lists them. A deck that omitted them would be less honest than the material it is built from.

  • Zero commercial validation.
  • The central reuse mechanism remains unmeasured.
  • An uncomputable gross margin.
  • Falling comparable multiples.
  • Venture funding in this category concentrated in two companies.

What is not here

Traction, revenue, growth rate, CAC and LTV: no commercial activity has occurred, so each would be invented. Unit economics is not computable while human review time is unmeasured.

Sources

Market and venture figures — Investor Market & Venture Opportunity Analysis: every figure carries its source, class, year and confidence. Demand observations — the White Paper, citing Microsoft, Upwork and the WEF.

Known discrepancy: «25–50 organizations» means paying organizations in the White Paper and the reach of design partners and clients on the Investor Room. Different populations, so the figure is not used here.
