What this is and why
Defines what may never appear in any public projection of Talomnia knowledge: secrets and tokens, personal data, real filesystem paths, internal hostnames and IP addresses, and internal tracker identifiers on outside surfaces. A projection is built from the internal artifact and is never the artifact itself. The rule exists because the trust Talomnia sells depends on demonstrating exactly this discipline: evidence without exposure. Enforced by a blocking CI check in the public trace repository.
